A global leader in Private Equity Secondaries is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead its marketing and communications strategies across the EMEA region, based in London. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this pivotal role involves planning and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives for both private wealth and institutional channels. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing an extensive conference-speaking and sponsorship program, overseeing PR and marketing content, and enhancing the firm's digital presence. Additionally, the role includes managing technology platforms such as CRM (Salesforce) and email automation tools (Pardot), and creating opportunities for relationship-building with target audiences to support the investment team and investor relations programs.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in marketing within the financial, private equity, and alternatives sectors, particularly in the wholesale and private wealth channels. Proficiency in digital marketing and the ability to create segment-specific marketing plans are essential. Desirable qualifications include experience in alternatives/private markets, formal marketing qualifications, and knowledge of European languages. The role demands exceptional project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
