Summary
We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our small, friendly, and hands-on team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of your workload and deliver a highly accurate and comprehensive administrative service that supports both our clients and team.
Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Creating and maintaining client files, processing documentation, and entering data into internal systems
* Drafting and sending written requests to third parties for required documentation
* Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external contacts to gather outstanding information
* Reviewing and verifying incoming documentation for accuracy and completeness
* Preparing paperwork ahead of client meetings
* Ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards with meticulous attention to detail
* Scanning, filing, and processing paperwork in line with established procedures
* Keeping both digital and manual records consistently updated and well-organised
* Answering incoming calls, handling queries, and providing professional support
* Greeting clients and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience at our offices
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a busy administrative role
* Exceptional attention to detail with accurate typing and data entry skills
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to Data Protection regulations
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent time management, organisation, and prioritisation abilities
* A proactive mindset with the ability to use initiative and solve problems independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit
* Welsh language skills (desirable but not essential)

Pay: From £14,600.00 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
