Projects include foundations, drainage, 278 works and slab-level finishes, with typical values between £5 million and £20 million. All work is located within a 45-minute radius of the office, helping to keep travel manageable and the working day structured. The business is known for its professional standards and consistent delivery. You will be joining a skilled and friendly commercial team in a stable and well-organised environment. The Role You will report to the Commercial Director and take responsibility for up to four live residential groundworks sites. Duties include subcontractor management, valuations, variations, commercial reporting and cost control from start to finish.
