Our client is looking for an experienced Courier Driver Temp - Perm Be responsible for the daily delivery of all shipments (50-60) and enhancing the customer experience at every stage. It is essential to ensure that the companys principals are ethos are demonstrated at all times. Responsibilities: Ensure correct completion of Global Logistics provider/Customer data and documentation. Accurately record working and driving hours to comply with road transport regulations. Complete daily safety checks, safe loading / securing load of vehicle, maintenance, legislative/regulations. Scanning and working quickly and efficiently to ensure warehouse deadlines are met. Ensure correct completion of Global Logistics provider/Customer data and documentation. Complete multiple deliveries and collections of shipments of a variety of shapes, sizes and weights. The successful candidate will have: Strong geographical knowledge and route planning skills. Experience in a frontline, customer facing role. Possession of, or would be prepared to obtain, a digital tachograph card. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Timetable -Monday to Friday & hours 08.30 - 18.30 (1hour unpaid break) £14.25 per working hour To comply with our Drivers Negligence insurance, the successful applicant will need to be 25years or older, have at least 180 days driving experience in this class of vehicle in the last 2 years Please note 5-year history referencing & DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) shall be applied once successful at initial interview If you have not heard back from us within 7 working days please assume you have been unsuccessful
