Salary: £24,003 per annum + incentives
Role details
Location: St Asaph Business Park
Hours & days of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00. There may be a requirement to take part in a rota for part-time hours on Saturday.
About the role: You will be working in a positive and exciting team environment where you will be expected to consultatively sell a range of products and services that GreenThumb offers. You will respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound calls, which may include cold calling. You will ensure an ethical approach to customers at all times. Main Duties
* Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met.
* Communicate with existing and cancelled customers in an omni-channel environment (inbound/outbound calls, emails, webchat).
* Take ownership of performance to meet campaign and productivity targets.
* Practice and promote ethical selling.
* Use objection handling and negotiation to promote additional products and help customers achieve a well-maintained lawn.
* Become a subject matter expert and keep the customer at the center of everything you do.
* Support company growth by providing a first-class new customer journey; identify opportunities and introduce customers to products and services.
* Promote and implement Direct Debit schemes.
* Act as an Ambassador for GreenThumb when representing and promoting the company.
* Handle all calls professionally, promptly and courteously.
* Maintain accurate records in the GreenThumb database with clear notes in required fields.
* Provide accurate feedback on campaign trends.
* Adhere to GreenThumb policies and procedures and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure a customer-centric approach.
* Carry out other duties relevant to the position within the terms of employment.
