Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
* Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
* Upsell menu items and special promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
* Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
* Manage cash transactions accurately, using basic math skills for processing payments.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible serving practices.
Skills
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to provide outstanding guest services, creating memorable experiences for patrons.
* Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
* Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£18.90 per hour
