Our fabulous team in Lenzie is on the lookout for a motivated and creative female colleaguewith a positive attitude to join them as a Bank Support Practitioner.
The Role
As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support when it’s needed most. You will help ensure consistent support during staff leave, sickness or training. We’re looking for someone to ideally pick up 2-3 shifts per week to build up a trusting relationship with the supported person.
This role will be supporting a young lady with Autism who recently moved into her own home. We’re looking for a likeminded individual who enjoys going for walks and is willing to get involved with her hobbies.

Your responsibilities may include
* Supporting with meal preparation and medication
* Supporting individual to attend appointments, college and community activities
* Encouraging hobbies, interests, social opportunities and confidence-building
* Supporting with budgeting, daily living skills and personal organisation
* Providing emotional support and helping maintain positive relationships with family and friends
Shift Patterns
Shifts are 1pm – 9pm and can be Monday through to Sunday.
