Altrincham or Liverpool office with hybrid working available
Location: Altrincham, WA14 5UW, or Liverpool, L3 2PP (office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH)
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
Salary: up to £30k base + competitive uncapped bonus (£7k+ once established)
What You’ll Do:
* Manage a caseload of Residential transactions from to finish
* Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
* Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS.
* Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns.
* Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting residential conveyancing transactions
* Must have hands‑on experience with: Source of Funds checks (reviewing bank statements, conducting checks directly)
* Searches and sale enquiries (confident in writing up reports, not just ordering)
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Excellent telephone manner – confident in explaining the conveyancing process to clients
* Organised, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused
* Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
* Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
