Salary: £14.60 per hour. 33 - 44 hours per week available – Day & Night shifts, including alternate weekend working.

We are looking for a Care Team Leader who will support the day-to-day needs of our residents with compassion and commitment, and help develop Care Assistants in their roles.

What skills do I need?
* Team-oriented approach; a happy team supports happy residents
* Experience in care is essential; NVQ3 in Social Care desirable
* Strong communication and a flexible approach
* Kindness and a genuine respect for older people and their needs
