Kennedys is seeking an Associate (2+ years' PQE) to join our Employment team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for UK and international clients. This role offers exposure to high-quality work, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop within a market-leading practice. This position is available in our London, Manchester and Birmingham Offices.

Key Responsibilities
* Advising employer clients on a wide variety of employment law issues.
* Managing Employment Tribunal litigation, including drafting pleadings, handling case management, and preparing matters for hearing.
* Assisting senior lawyers with complex advisory work, including discrimination, TUPE, reorganisations, and employee relations.
* Drafting contracts, settlement agreements, policies and other employment documentation.
* Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients.
* Supporting business development initiatives within the Employment team.
Required experience
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in employment law.
* Strong experience in contentious matters; advocacy experience is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
* Strong client-handling skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
