Key Responsibilities Guest Experience: Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit. Provide detailed information about spa facilities, treatments, and packages, tailoring recommendations to guests’ preferences. Handle guest queries and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure an exceptional spa experience. Facility Coordination Ensure the spa environment is immaculate and inviting, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities. Monitor the stock of towels, robes, and refreshments, replenishing as needed. Assist with the preparation of treatment rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Team Support Collaborate with therapists and spa management to maintain seamless daily operations. Support therapists by managing schedules, preparing rooms, and facilitating smooth transitions between appointments. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about spa services and initiatives. Administrative Duties Manage bookings and check-ins using the spa’s reservation system. Process payments and provide accurate billing for services and retail products. Maintain records of guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences. Qualifications Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or spa environment is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction. Appearance: Presentable and professional appearance in line with spa standards. Other Requirements: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for wellness, luxury service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
