Overview
Graduate role in Operational Technology services across Industrial Waste & Energy. 2‑year programme beginning 2 September 2026 at Ling Hall Landfill Site, Rugby, Warwickshire. Base salary of £30,000.
Key responsibilities
* Act as technical liaison across OT services.
* Identify and implement improvements to OT systems.
* Integrate DB&T systems with OT infrastructure.
* Support delivery of reliable and stable customer solutions.
* Investigate new OT technologies and solutions.
* Liaise with site staff, contractors, and internal teams.
* Communicate technical information to stakeholders.
* Assist with training and documentation of OT systems and platforms.
* Support new tenders and mobilisation processes.
* Demonstrate strong health and safety awareness.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering (Control & Instrumentation, Mechatronics or similar) – to be achieved by September 2026.
* UK driving licence.
* Health and safety awareness.
* Good communication skills and collaborative working ability.
* Willingness to learn technical systems and equipment.
* Reliability and commitment to deadlines.
* Interest in OT engineering or the energy sector.
Desirable
* Experience or understanding of programming languages.
* Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
