WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're on the lookout for confident, friendly, and reliable team members with experience (or a keen interest) in the following areas:
Customer Service Excellence – Meet & greet with a warm welcome, build rapport with regulars and newcomers, and always go the extra mile.
Housekeeping & Cleanliness – General upkeep of the café, ensuring a spotless and inviting environment.
Mocktail Making – Creative and confident in crafting mocktails to a high standard.
Barista Skills – Know your way around a coffee machine and have a passion for great coffee.
Shisha Knowledge – Confident in setting up, managing, and servicing shisha for customers (training can be provided if you're enthusiastic and willing to learn).
Upselling & Product Knowledge – Help customers discover new favourites and boost the experience (and the sale) in a natural, professional way.
Team Spirit – Work closely with colleagues to keep service smooth, energy high, and standards even higher.

Pay: From £16,000.00 per year
