The Role This is a hands-on Creative Director position within a growing agency environment. The role combines creative leadership with active involvement in the development and execution of work across brand, digital and campaign projects. You will be responsible for shaping the overall creative direction of the agency while contributing directly to output. This is not a purely strategic role and requires someone comfortable working across both concept and execution. Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership Define and uphold creative standards across all outputs Lead ideation and creative direction across brand, campaign and digital projects Ensure all work demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and high-quality execution Creative Direction and Delivery Contribute hands-on to creative work across multiple disciplines Oversee output across brand identity, campaigns, digital experiences, motion and content Ensure all work is cohesive, strategically aligned and delivered to a high standard Team Leadership and Development Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team Create an environment that supports collaboration, development and experimentation Lead critique sessions and reviews to maintain quality and consistency Client Leadership Act as a senior creative voice in client relationships Lead presentations, workshops and concept discussions Challenge briefs constructively to improve creative outcomes Commercial Delivery Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are scoped and delivered effectively Maintain awareness of budgets, timelines and resource planning Support efficient and profitable project delivery Agency Growth and New Business Contribute to new business activity including pitches and proposals Support the development of creative concepts for prospective clients Play a role in strengthening the agency’s reputation and positioning Sustainable Creative Practice Promote responsible and considered design approaches Encourage sustainable thinking within creative processes where appropriate Key Skills and Experience Strong portfolio demonstrating personal contribution across brand, campaign and digital work Experience working across multiple disciplines including brand, print, digital and motion Proven ability to lead creative projects and teams Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop original ideas Confident presenting and communicating with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery About You A senior creative with a strong balance of leadership and hands-on capability Comfortable working across both concept development and execution Able to inspire, challenge and develop others within a team environment Commercially aware with an understanding of project delivery and performance Looking to shape and influence the creative direction of a growing agency
