Key duties
* Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with feeding
* Medication administration
* Supporting residents in daily activities, hobbies, and outings
* Following care plans and company policies
* Building honest, respectful relationships with residents
* Maintaining accurate daily records
* Attending training sessions as required

Where will you work?
Stroud Lodge is a large Victorian property near Gloucester, supporting nine residents with complex needs, including learning difficulties and autism. The home features a modern kitchen, a varied menu, and facilities for community activities like college, horse riding, and trips. It has its own transport for outings, and residents have recently enjoyed trips abroad, including to Rome and New York City.
