The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a well-established organisation, delivering responsive repairs within the social housing sector.
This is a full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week) and a mobile role covering Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Stevenage. You will also be required to take part in an out-of-hours callout rota, with additional pay.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied properties
2. Complete a range of multi-trade tasks including tiling, basic carpentry, plastering and general repairs
3. Deliver high-quality work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
4. Manage your own workload and work independently
5. Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
About You
6. Qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
7. Experience in multi-trade work
8. Previous experience in social housing or a customer-focused environment (desirable)
9. Strong time management and organisational skills
10. Full UK driving licence (essential)
11. Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rota
