Recruitment Coordinator – 6-month fixed-term contract in Utilities Infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support within Workday, ensuring employee and candidate records are maintained accurately and efficiently.
* Manage the end-to-end candidate onboarding process, including resolving system access issues, document submission queries, background checks, and start date amendments.
* Monitor and track vacancy approval workflows, ensuring recruitment activities progress in line with business requirements.
* Conduct candidate shortlisting and pre-screening interviews for entry-level and junior positions.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
* Develop and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicating with people at all levels.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and online platforms.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
