Wycombe Wanderers FC is a League One Football Club with ambition. We’re on an exciting journey to grow the club through investment to support evolution of the 1st team working environment, training ground infrastructure, and progression to higher performance levels, alongside development of a new progressive Academy.
Placement Role Outline
This role will work across both the First Team and Academy, contributing to the wider sport science and physical development programmes. Operating with the newly refurbished training facility at both the First Team and Academy training grounds you will assist the Club Nutritionist in delivering performance nutrition support to enhance training adaptations, promote recovery and optimise matchday performance. You will gain hands-on experience in implementing and integrating performance-related technologies, and in using data to inform decision-making and nutritional planning. The role will also involve supporting the daily coaching environment, both on the pitch and in the Fuel Hub.

Do you have what it takes?
The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:
•Studying for a BSc or MSc in Nutrition, Nutritional Sciences, Sports Dietetics or equivalent with a year-long placement (sandwich year) as part of their degree
•Valid and accepted enhanced FA DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check) or be willing to undertake this check if successful
•Valid UK Driving Licence
