Hours of work: 30.25 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05) weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for someone to join our fabulous Bluebell Federation in September 2024 as a full time individual needs assistant working at Fletching CE Primary School, with the hours being Monday-Friday term time only from 8.40am-3.15pm with a 30minute lunch break each day.
The successful candidate will be working in the Reception Class on a 1:1 basis with a child who is starting school in September 2024. The role will be linked to the child and will end when they leave the school.
We are a small rural school where our love of children sits at the heart of all that we do. Fletching school is truly a special place to work and we are excited to welcome someone new into our Fletching family.
The successful candidate will:
1. support an individual child on a one-to-one basis ;
2. supervise and take care of the child during the lunch time period in all areas, inside and outside of the school.
This is a busy and varied role, but we will help you to get the support you need to succeed.

4. to have knowledge and understanding of child development;
5. to be effective at establishing good relationships with pupils, staff and parents;

9. to promote a positive image of the school through their work and attitude.
