Job Summary
Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to support operations trainings within the last mile vertical. The role involves developing and conducting effective training programs to enhance employee competencies, thereby improving workplace performance aligned with Amazon's core values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
2. Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
3. Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning platforms as required.
4. Maintain data and analysis reports on Excel as per business needs.
5. Ensure timely completion of new hire training, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
6. Partner with operations leaders during station audits to ensure process compliance and address gaps.
7. Identify and certify learning coaches.
8. Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
9. Drive quality and learning metrics.
10. Conduct chime sessions and classroom training for stakeholders.
A Day in the Life
* Monitor daily business metrics and plan visits to stations for metric improvements.
* Provide daily reports and progress updates.
* Engage with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience in customer service; project handling experience is a plus.
* Ability to translate content and add voice-over in regional languages.
* Support data management through analysis and reporting.
* Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Graduation in any field.
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work on weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Over 5 years of experience as a Training Specialist or Trainer in a similar role.
