The Role

You'll provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on recruitment coordination, employee relations (ER) support, and internal communications. You'll partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience, ensure consistent application of policy, and help keep our people informed and engaged.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruitment & Attraction: Proactively source candidates, promote our employer brand, conduct initial pre-screening, coordinate interviews/assessments, manage offers and pre-employment checks.

· Data & Continuous Improvement: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness, internal and external offer acceptance rates, and recruitment agency performance) and recommend improvements.

· Onboarding & Comms: Support smooth onboarding and draft clear, inclusive HR communications (awareness days, policy updates, wellbeing messages).

· Employee Relations Support: Act as a first point of contact for routine people matters; support formal processes and coach/train managers on day-to-day policy application.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and line managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service.

What We're Looking For

· Experience in a generalist HR role with exposure to Recruitment and ER casework

· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

· Excellent written communication and attention to detail

· Comfortable drafting internal communications for various audiences

· Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications

· A collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset

· CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable.

Security Clearance Statement

Due to the nature of the work that we do, many of our roles are subject to security restrictions. This role requires you to be a UK National and achieve Security Clearance (SC) without any caveats. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment.
