Thisis a remote role you are able to work from home. It requirescalling candidates that apply for our various roles and certainintervals to ensure they engage and complete our recruitmentprocess. The new team member will be the candidates"goto" through the process they will callapplicants as they apply introducing themselves and the company andensuring the candidate is confident the role is suitable for themand advising on the next steps of theprocess.
Wehave recently started an automated recruitment process this hasproved very successful in helping our Recruitment Team but we nowwant to increase direct communication with candidates to add agreater "personal touch" to the pathway that willdeliver more high quality staff starting with thecompany.
Asthe role is remote the working hours can be flexible to suit theorganizational need and to respond to the needs of the applicant.Outline working hours will be agreed with the chosen candidateprior to starting with us. The new staff member would use anapplication set up on a mobile phone that will act as a workhandset and allow the company to monitor calls this will form thebasis of the hours at work for payment purposes. There is also thepossibility of a bonus scheme for impact upon the growth of thebusiness on top of the hourlyrate.

Don t worry if you don t have experience in care, we canprovide industry leading training that ensures even though with noknowledge of the role can become the very best Care Workers.Responsibilities Community Care Workers are required to undertakevarious tasks for clients such as washing, dressing, preparingmeals, administering medication, companionship, and generalassistance with everyday living for those who are unable to managethese themselves physically.
