Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
£28,000 - £30,000 | Wetherby | Full-Time, Permanent

We’re supporting a growing knitwear wholesale business that has recently relocated to Wetherby.
This is a hands-on, varied role at the heart of a small, busy operation. If you enjoy ownership, problem-solving, and working in a close-knit team where no two days look the same, this could be a great next step.
What you’ll be doing: You’ll help keep the business running smoothly across wholesale and retail operations, including:
* Processing customer orders & raising invoices
* Managing the order journey from order → dispatch → invoice
* Handling customer queries via phone & email
* Maintaining accurate records & databases
* Supporting stock control & warehouse coordination
* Assisting with returns, logistics & general admin
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in order processing, admin, customer service, or logistics
* Confident using ERP/order systems (Sage, ShipStation, etc.)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Confident communicator (phone & email)
* The business operates seasonally, so the ability to stay organised during peak periods is essential.
