Evolution Netball – Lead Coach (Bath Coaching Centre)
Location: Hayesfield Girls' School, Bath
Fridays: 5.30pm–6.30pm (U8 & U10), 6.30pm–7.30pm (U12 & U14)

Evolution Netball is part of Evolve Sports Coaching, one of Somerset's leading grassroots coaching provider. We deliver fun, inclusive, and progressive coaching at our centres across Bath and Midsomer Norton, creating a clear pathway from first introduction through to competitive play.

The Role
We are seeking a passionate Lead Coach and Head Coach to join our Bath Centre at Hayesfield Girls' School.
Key responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver weekly sessions for U8, U10, U12 & U14 players in line with the Evolution Netball Curriculum.
* Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where every child feels valued.
* Act as Team Manager for our U14s in the Somerset County Netball League (Strode Games, once a month).
* Work closely with the Evolution team to ensure a consistent player pathway.
* Be a positive role model for players and families.
What We're Looking For (Ideals, not deal-breakers)
* Netball UKCC Level 1 or 2 (or working towards).
* OR a degree in sport, another UKCC Level 1 coaching qualification, or strong experience playing netball.
* Passion for developing grassroots players.
* Ability to communicate and connect with young people.
* Reliability, organisation, and enthusiasm to grow with Evolution.
* DBS, safeguarding, and first aid (support available if not yet in place).
