Job Summary:
As a Cloud Program Delivery Lead in our Cloud Delivery team, you will own and drive the successful delivery of critical cloud initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance. You will play a key role in shaping our cloud strategy and delivering value to the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Own and drive end-to-end delivery of critical cloud programs, ensuring alignment to business priorities and outcomes
2. Lead integrated delivery across multiple workstreams, clarifying scope, milestones, and dependencies
3. Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of cloud platforms and services at scale
4. Act as the primary interface for senior stakeholders across technology, product, cybersecurity, and business
5. Drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and influence decision-making at the executive level
6. Represent delivery status, risks, and outcomes in executive forums
7. Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
8. Establish and enforce delivery governance, reporting disciplines, and control frameworks
9. Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting to senior leadership
10. Own resource planning, budget oversight, and vendor engagement for assigned programs
11. Champion modern delivery practices including Agile and DevOps
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
12. Experience leading large-scale technical delivery in complex, global organizations
13. Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing capability
14. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and delivery outcomes
15. Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance at scale
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
17. Experience delivering enterprise cloud programs (AWS, GCP, Azure)
18. Background in financial services or similarly regulated environments
19. Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and operational resilience
20. Exposure to platform engineering, observability, and modern cloud practices
21. Ability to operate at pace in complex, high-pressure environments
22. Clear, confident communicator with executive presence
