Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
* Work as a key member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
* Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
* Foster a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
* Collaborate with families and providers to optimize treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* A passion for helping children with Autism and a willingness to learn.
* Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
* Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
Need to Know:
* Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
* All positions start part-time.
* You’ll be required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
* A minimum 6-month commitment is required to ensure lasting impact.
