Our leading block and real estate management client is seeking a Property Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Working from the St Neots office, you will play a key role in supporting the local property portfolio and ensuring clients receive an excellent level of service.

* Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage property portfolios in accordance with regulations
* Handle client enquiries via phone and email, taking appropriate actions
* Attend client meetings and conduct regular site visits
* Oversee contractors' performance and maintenance issues
* Prepare and monitor budgets
* Manage building compliance and Section 20 processes
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure buildings are clean, safe, and pleasant for residents
Experience Needed:
* Experience in property, housing, or related sectors
* First-class customer service skills
* Proficiency with IT, including CRM and MS applications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
* Good literacy and numerical skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively
* Team player with a desire to develop a career in estates management
