Full Time | Temporary to Permanent (Initial 6-Month Contract)
£50-60k Per Annum + Excellent OTE

Were looking for a Collaborations Business Development Manager to lead the charge in securing new commercial opportunities across fashion, luxury, and aligned sectors. This role is all about hunting, not farming finding the right partners, opening doors, and turning conversations into collaborations that deliver long-term value.
What Youll Do
Identify, approach, and win new collaboration and OEM opportunities.
Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales, volume, and margin targets.
Promote our manufacturing capabilities and brand heritage to high-value prospects.
Attend industry trade shows, events, and client meetings to build your network.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities.
Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery for new partners.
Maintain accurate prospect pipelines, activity reports, and performance tracking.
Who You Are
A proven new-business hunter with experience securing high-value deals.
Skilled at selling in premium or luxury markets (fashion, lifestyle, or aligned industries).
Tenacious, commercially sharp, and results-focused.
Confident presenting to and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently while staying connected to the wider team.
Willing to travel in the UK and internationally for client meetings and industry events.
