Our client, a leading care provider, is seeking an administrator to assist for a three month period starting on Monday 2nd June due to an increase in workload. You will work closely with your Manager to provide a full range of support to a team. Your duties will include but not be limited to; arrangement of meetings, minute taking, clerical support, confidential record keeping, and liaison with various colleagues. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a broad administrative background as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office packages and have excellent keyboard skills as well as experience in minute taking and transcription of those minutes accurately and in detail. Please note that this role is based near Market Rasen in a remote location so you will definitely need to be a car driver and owner to be able to fulfil the requirement.
