Support Worker - Tadley

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting for Support Workers on behalf of a valued private client in Tadley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting individuals with complex needs in a rewarding and person-centred environment.
Location: Tadley, Hampshire
Salary: £24,829 per annum (pro rata)
Full-time hours available
Driving Requirement: Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for a minimum of 2 years, as successful candidates will be expected and willing to drive a manual service vehicle .
About the Role: You will be supporting both female and male adults with a range of complex health needs and learning disabilities. The individuals you support are looking to build active, fulfilling lives both at home and in their local community.
Your role will involve:
* Providing personal care and health-related support
* Encouraging independence and community involvement
* Supporting individuals in their hobbies and interests
* Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who is:
* Compassionate, patient, and adaptable
* Able to tailor communication styles to meet individual needs (e.g., clear pronunciation, slower speech, using accurate and descriptive language)
* Interested in engaging with individuals' hobbies and daily routines
* Reliable and committed to delivering high-quality care
* Comfortable working as part of a team and independently
