CNC Turner (Operating / Programming) – Salary: £45,000‑£55,000 (OTE £60,000), Training Days Only – Monday to Friday – Unlimited Overtime, Company Bonus. Skelmersdale, Lancashire.
We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner with offline programming skills and experience turning long shafts up to 5m using steadies. The role is a stable, days‑based position within a tight‑knit team that provides optional training on exotic materials and bespoke 1of1 projects across the Oil & Gas, Aerospace and Commercial sectors.
Key responsibilities include setting, programming and operating a range of CNC turning machines from 2.5m to 5m, working both autonomously and collaboratively, and liaising with senior leadership and other departments to ensure timely production.
Requirements: CNC Turner or equivalent, full right to work in the UK, experience with offline programming and handling 2–5m shafts, strong teamwork and communication skills. The position is Monday to Friday, 8am‑4:30pm, with overtime paid at 1.5×.
