An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mazak setter / operator to join a precision engineering team in a permanent position. This role involves operating and setting and working with Mazatrol and Mazak controls to produce high-precision components. This role would suit a skilled and detail-oriented individual with experience in Mazak, who thrives in a hands-on role requiring precision and adherence to tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate Mazak machine Turning experience Produce precision components to exact specifications, ensuring adherence to technical drawings. Inspect finished work using conventional measurement tools, identify deviations, and make corrections. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a tidy, safe work environment. Collaborate with the team to optimise processes and uphold high production standards.The benefits of the role would include a competitive salary up £36k per annum depending on experience and a generous pension scheme.
