Are you ready to bring your organisational skills and customer service expertise to a vibrant retail environment? Our client are seeking a cheerful and dedicated Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support the Customers & Credits team in the outskirts of Leeds City Centre!
Key Details:
1. Contract Type: Temporary - Ongoing
2. Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
3. Location: Leeds - Outskirts of City Centre (15 minute walk from Train Station) - On-site Parking available
4. On-Site for Training - Remote Ongoing
5. Start Date: ASAP (Tuesday 23rd September)
6. Pay Rate: £12.60
What You'll Do:
7. Amending customer orders with precision
8. Raising collections and processing refunds
9. Responding to email inquiries regarding refunds promptly (target 8-10 an hour!)
10. Uploading tickets onto our portal for efficient tracking
11. Following up with customers via email to confirm actions taken

13. Detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
