Area Manager – Multi-Site QSR Operations Location: West Midlands Full Time Competitive Salary Performance Bonus Car Allowance We are a growing multi-site franchise group operating several Domino's Pizza stores across the West Midlands, with further expansion planned over the next 12–24 months. We are looking for a motivated and commercially aware Area Manager to oversee a group of stores and support our next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands high-volume operations and enjoys developing strong store teams. The Role You will manage multiple stores and work closely with Store Managers to drive performance, improve standards, and maintain profitability. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring sales performance and identifying growth opportunities Managing labour and supporting managers with scheduling Reviewing weekly KPIs and performance reports Using Excel to track trends, analyse data and produce clear summaries Conducting regular store visits and supporting operational improvements Coaching and developing Store Managers Ensuring compliance, food safety and brand standards are maintained Supporting recruitment and team development You will review performance weekly, provide structured feedback, and help managers build practical action plans where needed. What We’re Looking For Multi-site or senior store management experience (QSR preferred) Good understanding of P&L, labour control and cost management Comfortable working with KPIs and using Excel Strong leadership and communication skills Organised, proactive and able to prioritise Confident in holding managers accountable while supporting development Experience within Domino’s or a similar branded environment would be an advantage.
