**Job Details:****Setup:** Hybrid (2 days in the office)**Travel:** (10%-20%) Within Europe once a month or couple of months.**Job Description:**As Tyson Foods Europe’s Project Manager, you will support the business leaders driving major organizational projects and take full ownership for driving all UK & European’s new product development (NPD), being the owner of the end-to-end process from a project management perspective, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to Tyson Foods Europe quality standard.This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business outcomes by driving successful project delivery and fostering a culture of excellence. This role is central to the business and requires strong leadership and collaboration with cross functional teams including marketing, R&D, supply chain, procurement, finance, commercial, regulatory, and external partners. You will help drive structure, speed, clarity, best practices, and ongoing improvements within a constantly developing innovation and business project pipeline.**Key Responsibilities:*** **End-to-End Project Delivery:** Manage innovation projects through launch, complete and maintain all Innovation Gate documentation accurately and on schedule, Identify project interdependencies, risks, conflicts, and critical path activities, proactively driving mitigation actions to protect timelines and outcomes.* **Project Management:** In partnership with cross-functional teams develop critical path timelines and ensure all milestones are met on time and to Tyson Foods Europe high quality standards. Organize and lead cross-functional project meetings, provide clear updates to stakeholders, resolve issues, escalate as needed, and maintain momentum.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Procurement to ensure smooth project delivery.* **Commercial & Strategic Leadership:** Support the building of robust business cases, align with business leaders to ensure resources are allocated in line with strategy.* **Performance Tracking:** Monitor performance and effectiveness of project execution and provide feedback for continuous improvement.**Key Skills & Competencies:*** Strong project management and organizational skills* Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously* Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities* Analytical mindset with strong financial and reporting acumen* Ability to identify risks early and drive structured problem resolution* Continuous improvement orientation with a process driven mindset**Experience & Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.* **1-3** years of experience in project management, preferably w**ithin a FMCG, manufacturing or product development business, or trading and distribution, or imports.*** Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)* English is a must, and any other European languages will be a PLUS!**Relocation Assistance Eligible:**No**Work Shift:**Standard Office 7.5 Hours (United Kingdom)Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
