We're Artform, a property development company based in central London, specialising in creating design-led homes and commercial spaces since 2013. Our project management arm, Artform PM (www.artformpm.co.uk) works alongside asset managers, commercial tenants, developers and homeowners to bring industry-leading spaces to life. It's within this growing team that we're seeking a Project Manager.
The Role
This is a full-time role based in our Islington office. We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager in the commercial property sector with at least 3 years' experience to join Artform PM. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, creating structure and delivering commercial real estate projects in a fast moving environment.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll manage projects from initial scoping through to delivery, while playing a key role in implementing, refining and embedding scalable processes that support business growth. You'll bring commercial projects to life across various sectors including office fit-out, hospitality, retail and leisure.
What You'll Do
* Lead projects end-to-end, from initial planning through to successful delivery
* Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks and overall project governance
* Coordinate internal teams, clients, consultants and external delivery partners
* Manage the tender process, including preparing tender documentation, evaluating submissions, appointing contractors, forming contracts and administering contracts through delivery
* Help implement, refine and continuously improve project management processes and ways of working
* Develop scalable frameworks and reporting that improve visibility, accountability and delivery performance
* Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, consistency and overall project performance as the business grows
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ project management experience within the commercial real estate sector
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related project management discipline
* Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is highly preferable but not essential
* Proven experience delivering commercial projects from start to finish
* Experience implementing or improving project management processes and operational ways of working
* Strong organisational and management skills
* Proactive, hands-on and comfortable in a growing business environment
