I am sourcing an experienced Senior Learning & Development specialist to join an award-winning HR department. This will be for a 12 month contract based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis.
Senior Learning & Development Specialist Key Responsibilities;
* Design and deliver skills training, development, and induction programmes
* Support compliance training and mentoring programmes.
* Introduce and occasionally deliver training sessions, driving L&D innovation.
* Assess training needs, recommend interventions, and support professional qualifications.
* Update the intranet and Learning Management System.
* Use psychometric tools for L&D purposes and assist with CPD queries.
* Attend training committee and L&D-related meetings.
* Occasionally travel to other UK offices.
Senior Learning & Development Specialist Experience Required:
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within professional services.
* A passion for learning and development.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
* A proactive and positive team player attitude.
* Flexibility, dedication, and strong service ethic.
* The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
