Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioners in Cambridgeshire play a crucial role in shaping children’s early experiences, laying the groundwork for their lifelong learning and development. Clearly Education is recruiting for passionate individuals with experience within the childcare sector. Requirements for Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioners role:
* Experience working with children (preferred)
* Be willing to travel to different nursery sites within your area
* Over 17 years of age to be included in ratios complaint with Ofsted
* Level 2/3 Qualified
Roles and Responsibilities for Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioners:
* Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and discovery.
* Assist as an Early Years Practitioner in creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and belonging.
* Engage in indoor play and outdoor play, ensuring children’s wellbeing is being prioritised.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and safeguarding regulations at all times.
* And most of all… HAVE FUN!

All Early Years Practitioners need to have a clear understanding of Safeguarding children, Prevent, Online safety and Female Genital Mutilation or be willing to complete the training prior to starting work.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for all Early Years Practitioners.
