Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk Location: Normanton Job Type: 6 month FTC Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Job Description: Elevation have exclusively partnered with a busy and growing manufacturing business to assist them in hiring an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to get stuck into the Accounts Receivable Ledger while they go through a period of rapid growth.If you love Sales Ledger, bank reconciliations, resolving queries and a fast paced environment then this is the role for you. This business will support you from day one, giving you the tools and training you need to perform your best. Due to rapid growth there are invoices to be raised, cash to be allocated and collections to be kept on top of.Key Responsibilities as a Sales Ledger Clerk:
* Raise sales invoices and send to customers.
* Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
* Manage and resolve discrepancies with customers.
* Assist with the Credit Control & collection of aged debts.
* Maintain accurate records and support month end closing activities.
* Collaborate with the wider finance team to assist with other varied tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a Accounts Receivable role.
* Proficiency in accounting software.
* Strong understanding of bank reconciliations.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and team members.
