🧱 The Role
* As Site Manager, you will operate as a true No.1 on projects typically valued between £2m–£3m.
* You will take full responsibility for site operations, programme delivery, health & safety, subcontractor coordination, and overall project execution - reporting directly to the senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full site leadership from pre-start through to practical completion
* Managing programmes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Leading and coordinating subcontractors and site teams
* Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards
* Ensuring quality control and high specification finishes
* Acting as the main on-site point of contact for clients and consultants
* Driving a positive, professional site culture aligned with company values
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
This role would suit an experienced Site Manager ready to step up or an established Senior Site Manager looking for greater autonomy within a growing contractor.
You’ll ideally have:
* Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a No.1 on site
* Experience on projects in the £1m–£5m range
* Strong programme management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and leadership ability
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualifications
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset is essential - this is a role for someone who takes ownership and leads from the front.
