Classroom Teaching Assistant Our client Secondary School is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role involves working 35 hours per week, term-time only, with an additional five training days. This role will be starting in November 2025, and will run full-time until July 2026, with potential to start on a permanent contract. The school is based in the heart of Old Trafford and boasts a large car park for members of staff with a vehicle. Key Responsibilities: Work with groups of students under the teacher’s supervision to deliver programs of work and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs). Utilise specialist skills/training/experience to support students in their learning. Provide feedback to students on their progress and achievements. Collaborate with the class teacher to monitor student progress and maintain records. Evaluate student responses to learning activities through observation and recording against set learning objectives. This role involves interaction with all members of staff including teaching staff, safeguarding team, pastoral team, SENCO, SLT, students, governors, and parents.
