What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will take the lead and co-ordinate enquiries, ensuring that adults at risk are supported through a person-centred and safeguarding process.
You'll work closely with multi-agency partners, develop and review safeguarding plans, assess risks, provide professional advice on complex cases and ensure high quality recording and reporting.
You will also support team development and help drive good working practice across your team.
This is a role where your professional judgment, leadership and compassion truly matters.
