Working on behalf of our client based in Birmingham. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Estimator.Key Duties:Customer & Supplier Liaison: Confidently engage with customers and suppliers, assess inquiries, and calculate labor and material costs using BMS Selection Software to generate accurate quotations.Tender Documentation Management: Interpret project specifications, layout, and schematic drawings to manage tender documentation effectively.Site Visits: Conduct occasional site visits (1-2 times per month) to evaluate project requirements and strengthen customer relationships.What we are looking for in the successful candidate: Background in Building Management Systems (BMS) preferred; experience in Fire Alarms, HVAC, Electrical Contracting, or similar technical sectors also considered.Commercially astute, proactive, and customer-focused.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong desire to grow and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.Full UK driving license required.What our client can offer in return:Salary DOEAnnual Leave Loyalty Bonus increased holiday entitlement with tenure.Sage Benefit Scheme access to exclusive discounts and perks.Annual Pay Reviews regular salary evaluations and growth opportunities.Ongoing Training & Development continuous investment in your professional growth.TPBN1_UKTJ
