Our client, an energy management consultancy, is looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join their growing team. As the Corporate Account Manager, you will manage commercial relationships and portfolios across new and existing corporate clients. If you have strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, a proven ability to secure renewals and retain clients, and experience identifying opportunities through cross-selling and upselling energy solutions, together with solid knowledge of flexible energy procurement – apply today!
Key responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, building long-term relationships
* Proactively identify new business development and revenue opportunities
* Cross sell including Energy Management Solutions, Net Zero Products & Compliance
* Lead and negotiate procurement tenders to maximise revenue and deliver client outcomes
* Oversee and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery of all service commitments and objectives
* Attend and contribute to regular client strategy meetings to support, and shape client goals
* Maintain accurate customer information to ensure compliance and seamless service
Skills and experience
* Strong understanding of the energy industry, products and flexible energy procurement
* Successful track record of client portfolio management/retention and growth
* Proven ability to build strong relationships, internal and external
* Skilled in influencing and negotiation, building consensus and securing positive outcomes
* Customer focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support
* Strong commercial acumen, able to balance client needs with business objectives
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the initiative to drive tasks and projects forward
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
