Reporting to the newly appointed Head of HR, this role is ideal for an experienced HR Generalist who is confident working across the employee lifecycle while leading the planning and rollout of key people projects, including digital HR transformation.

Job Description
Lead the implementation of a new HRIS (experience with ADP highly desirable)
Design and document new HR processes for digital rollout
Manage end-to-end project plans, milestones, risks, and reporting
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success
Monitor project performance, share insights, and support a culture of continuous improvement
Act as a change ambassador, building trust and clarity across the organisation

Experience, Skills, Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Generalist across the employee lifecycle
Strong track record of HR project delivery, particularly HR systems implementation
Comfortable operating in a changing environment with multiple priorities
Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting ability
