We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Taunton branch.

Key Responsibilities:
* Working at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and serving both retail and trade customers.
* Building long-term rapport with local customers.
* Promoting offers and customer incentives.
* Limiting credits and returns by ensuring correct parts are ordered and sent first time.
We seek someone with previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience. If you have a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn, we are happy to train the right candidate.
You should be proactive, sales-driven, and committed to providing outstanding service. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional assistance in the warehouse, such as picking or putting away products, may be required.
Knowledge of local areas and customer base would be an advantage.
