Role Summary A key role that involves the smooth running of our financial processes, HR systems and office. The role is a centre point for activity to ensure we’re able to deliver great service to our customers. This is a diverse role with financial administration, HR and office management as well as supporting other teams when needed. The right candidate must have experience of Xero at an administrator level. Minimum 24hrs Per week Role Details Finance Administration – Creation and approval of Invoices, Purchase orders and Bills. Reconciliation of bank and credit card transactions, compilation of weekly payment runs. Support the team with management of travel and business expenses. Data management – Maintain customer, supplier and product data within finance system. Support commercial and product teams with supplier and customer onboarding. Accounts receivable – Pro actively manage the accounts receivable function, where required chase and escalate unpaid invoices Financial reporting – Support company directors and external partners with regular financial reporting. HR – An administrator of our HR processes and systems. Supports with the employee lifecycle; contracts, onboarding checks, HR admin, payroll, correspondence etc. PA/ Team Administration – Supports the company Directors with email management, calendar, diary and travel planning. A proactive approach to ensuring these team members operate efficiently. Needs to be / Needs to have Must have previous experience of Xero at an administrator level Able to multi-task in a varied role Have high levels of discretion and able to deal with confidential information Proactive and solution-orientated approach A team player and a trusted colleague who can be relied upon HR system and administration experience, a basic understanding of employment law Administration / personal assistant experience Previous office management experience would be desirable to support out operations team, understanding of Health and Safety also desirable Role measures Accurate and timely reconciliation of Xero Accounts payable function well managed to support cashflow Directors and Team operating efficiently On-time and accurate completion of HR tasks, HR records maintained to a high standard
