Principal Asset Management is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to join a global asset manager with the successful candidate being responsible for supporting a number of different departments within the European offices.What You'll DoMeeting scheduling. Taking minutes at meetings where required, booking meeting rooms and ordering catering where required.Travel booking. Make complex booking arrangements in line with our Corporate Travel policy.Expenses Processing. Processing monthly cash and credit card expense reports, and logging all business entertaining to meet reporting requirements.Communications. Compose correspondence for letters, emails or other documents. Screen incoming calls and take messages as necessary.General Assistance.
