* Organization: Alignerr
* Type: Hourly Contract
* Location: Remote
* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You\'ll Do

* Apply your population health expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated analyses, outputs, and recommendations
* Collect, integrate, and assess population health metrics to identify trends, disparities, and opportunities for improving health outcomes
* Design and review dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks that support health monitoring, surveillance, and decision-making
* Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable strategies and data-driven recommendations
* Provide structured feedback on the accuracy, relevance, and quality of AI outputs in public health contexts
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

* Hands-on experience working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large-scale health data
* Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools — dashboards, pipelines, and surveillance frameworks
* Skilled at communicating complex data insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data quality
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

* Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
* Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health informatics
* Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows in health contexts
* Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, or SQL
