£32,000 base + £10,000 OTE (uncapped)

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building long-term relationships and understanding client objectives
* Owning and managing a portfolio of client accounts
* Acting as one of the main points of contact for clients
* Ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and to a high standard
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Training & Progression
* Structured onboarding and ongoing account management training
* Coaching and mentoring from senior Account Managers
* Clear progression into commercial positions
* 3 month Furza Sales Training Academy, 2 weeks fully paid for in Manchester
